The community has 3 HOA-owned parcels.  These are a drainage pond located on Ormiston Circle, the creek area on Firstgate Drive and a drainage swale on Coral Canyon Drive.

Additionally the HOA is responsible for maintaining entry features on lots 1 and 47, located on the north and south sides of the intersection of Firstgate Drive and Taylor Road.
